• Owner Represented Project Management and Supervision

  • Administration of Subcontractor and Material Vendor Services

  • Administration of Project Safety Plan

  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain records for Payment Requests, Waiver of Liens, and Insurance Certificates

  • Schedule and conduct Regular Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) Meetings

  • Provide control and coordinate  shop drawing submittal, review and approval process

  • Continually monitor project schedule

  • Identify and proactively manage any variances to schedule

  • Coordinate and manage building authority inspections

  • Obtain certificates of occupancy

  • Coordinate all trade contractors and continually work with the building owner and occupants through completion and acceptance of the project
